LEARNING PLAN

THEODORE ROOSEVELT:

Theodore Roosevelt was the first President to leave the country when he travelled on the U.S.S. Louisiana to inspect the construction of the Erie Canal.

 

Writing: 

I can utilize writing strategies to develop a quality writing piece.

Focus Task: Develop your memoir.

Focus Task #2: Artifact for the week.

Focus Task #3: Self Assessment

 

Social Studies: 

I can identify the distinguishing characteristics between governments and understand the rationale for the development of a democracy.

Focus Task:

Begin developing your government initiative.

 

Math: 

I can demonstrate my understanding of division and fractions.

Academic Race (17 Elements)

Cignition (15 minutes)

Focus Task #3:

A rationale developed for each company you have purchased.

 

Science: 

I can demonstrate my understanding of the principles required for flight.

Develop your flight challenge learning opportunities.

Share your understanding of the filter.

    You are responsible for completing your Barton memory and any math elements from yesterday (GCF, LCM, PEMDAS and Division.) before addressing writing elements, Flight Challenge and Learning Plan.

    Dear Oysters,

    You are to complete one writing piece (if you owe a writing piece for Michel, that is the area you will address.) before moving to the final elements of your Flight Challenge.

    The Flight Challenge should include individual bar and line graphs and a team line graph that shows the mean, median, mode and range of your trials.
